CTO - Dan Paz
Dan Paz, BFA, MS is a web applications software developer. In addition to his experience developing management solutions for the decorated apparel industry, Dan has also created new application systems for the University of Illinois Chicago which grew enrollment, breaking records for 5 consecutive years. Dan now leads and guides a team of 4 developers to meet and exceed recruitment and onboarding goals of the university. In his free time Dan likes to tinker with custom internet-of-things solutions for the home from garage door openers to temperature and humidity monitors and everything in-between. oh, and did we mention he ran the art department at a Chicagoland Print shop for a few years in there too.
CEO - Tyler Springer
Tyler Springer started, managed, developed, and has grown a successful screen printing and embroidery company located in the Midwest over the past 14 years. His clients include: JBL, Zimmer Biomet, Fender, Blink 182, and many other larger online companies. Tyler is passionate about team building, strategic development, and implementation. In his free time, Tyler enjoys golf and real estate investing in addition to spending time with his wife and three children.
COO - Matt Marcotte
Matt Marcotte is a seasoned consultant in the printing industry, known for enhancing operations in print shops across the country. With experience as a business advocate, sales leader, and specialty consultant, Matt has managed high-volume production for clients like Target, Adidas, Threadless, and more. He currently also owns a print shop and contributes to leading industry software solutions, specializing in systems-based approaches for operational efficiency.
